Logan City ballots arriving in the mail this week

The primary election season is over and the 2017 municipal election in Logan City is scheduled for Tuesday, November 7th.

Logan City Recorder Teresa Harris says ballots are now going out to all Logan City residents. On KVNU’s For the People program Friday, she said once again voting will be by mail.

“There is still time to register to vote,” Harris explained. “You need to do that in person or online. Online that is at vote.utah.gov. Or they can go in person to the Cache County Clerk’s office Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 during regular businesses hours. They can register to vote there as well until October 31st, Halloween.”

Candidates for mayor, whose names will appear on the ballot, are Holly Daines and Brian Seamons. The four candidates seeking two seats on the city council are Amy Anderson, Stephen Thompson, Jess Bradfield and Paul Rogers.
