LOGAN – At least 165 artists from all over the country will be exhibiting their work at the 2018 Summerfest Arts Faire which opens Thursday, June 14 and continues through Saturday, June 16 on Logan’s Tabernacle Square.
Executive Director Elaine Thatcher said Summerfest will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day and everyone is invited to attend free of charge. She said those who attend will be extremely impressed with the art to be viewed at the event.
“Our featured artist this year is Julie Crabtree,” Thatcher said. “She combines paint and machine embroidery and hand embroidery to make these beautiful landscapes. So you’ll really want to see her work. It is just beautiful. A piece of her work is on our poster this year.”
Thatcher said there will be excellent performers and a wide variety of food for visitors to enjoy.
