Logan City wants your input on the future of Main Street

What would you like to see happen on Logan’s Main Street? Logan Mayor Holly Daines said there are a lot of different answers being heard by people both inside and outside of the city.

On KVNU’s For the People program on Monday, Daines said she and members of the municipal council have talked to many people and organizations and they feel Main Street is a very important part of the city.

Everyone will have a chance to express their own opinions at a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 25th at 5:30 p.m. It is being held in the council chambers of Logan City Hall.

“We would like to hear from people, and hear their comments, their concerns and what is important,” Daines said. “This will guide our direction. It’s a promise I made that we’re going to have a conversation. I don’t know what the answers are at this point, but come and join us.

“If you care about Main Street, if you have comments but can’t be there, shoot me an email and I’ll be happy to share that. We’ll at least be beginning the discussion.”

The mayor said the public is invited to attend, whether or not they live within Logan City.
