Two Cache Valley companies, Malouf and Conservice, were among Mountain West Capital Network’s top 100 revenue growth companies in Utah. A third, Vista Outdoors (who owns Camp Chef), was also among the top businesses.
Malouf, Camp Chef and Conservice have made a significant contribution to the economy in Cache Valley.
Malouf is known for their luxury bedding products, sold in more than 12,000 retail locations throughout the U.S. and 20 foreign countries. It’s headquartered in Nibley, with distribution centers in North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas.
“I’m amazed by the good people I work with every day and the great ideas they come up with to meet the challenges that lead to growth,” said founder and CEO Sam Malouf. “We achieved some high-level goals this past year, but none of that would be possible if we didn’t like each other and love what we do.”
Malouf employs more than 400 people.
The other company on the list, Conservice, is one of the largest utility management and billing companies in the United States. They offer solutions designed specifically for multifamily, government, student housing, military, and single family markets.
Conservice also employs over 400 individuals and has received numerous awards for excellence and growth.
“It’s an honor to see Conservice recognized for our growth and contributions to the local economy,” said Dave Jenkins, president and CEO of the company. “It’s a reflection on the hard work and dedication of our talented team members. We’re looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish in 2019!”
Shauna Karren, a Conservice spokesperson, said the company has been on the list almost every year for the past 11 years.
“We congratulate all of this year’s Utah 100 companies for building outstanding businesses and making a strong contribution to Utah’s economy,” said Reed Chase, chairman of the MWCN Utah committee. “These companies further advance Utah’s standing as an excellent place to do business.”
