Richmond Black and White Days highlight this weekend’s activities, and there’s so much more going on throughout Cache Valley. We’ve got all the details right here.
Richmond Black and White Days
Black and White Days are already underway in Richmond. It’s the longest-running Holstein show west of the Mississippi. The cattle shows continue Thursday and Friday and there’s a full day of activities on Saturday. It concludes with a parade at 5 and horse pulls at 7.
Bike to Work Week
This week is Bike to Work Week. Ride your bike and participate in some of the festivities for your chance to win a free bike. The week concludes with live music and giveaways at Stokes Nature Center on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
$100 Art Show
Stevens-Henager College is hosting an art show on Thursday. Attendees can purchase art for $100 or less and the proceeds benefit both the artist and The Family Place.
United Way Fundraiser
United Way of Cache Valley is hosting Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes to speak about Operation Underground Railroad and human trafficking. The annual fundraising dinner will be held Thursday night in the Taggart Student Center Ballroom at 6:30 p.m.
Westminster Bell Choir Spring Concert
The Westminster Bell Choir will be conducting their Spring Concert on Friday in the Logan Tabernacle. Music will range from show tunes, to Queen, to classical and sacred. The concert begins at 7.
ASI Mud Run
Run the mud as a family, as a team, or as a first-time competitor at the ASI Mud Run in Petersboro on Saturday. Proceeds benefit the Guatemala Children’s Fund. Registration for the race begins Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
Veterans Resource Fair
If you’re a veteran, or know one, the Cache Valley Veterans Association is hosting its annual Veterans Resource Fair on Saturday. It takes place on the front grounds of the Historic Cache County Courthouse from 10 to 2. There will be multiple agencies on site to provide information on services, benefits and programs.
Cache Valley Hope Walk
Join organizations from all around Cache Valley in supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention at the 2nd Annual Cache Valley Hope Walk. It begins at 11 a.m. at Logan High School and will include mascot games, prizes and helpful information.
