Forest Service seeking seasonal workers

Although there is still snow on the ground and night time temperatres are below freezing, the Uintah-Cache National Forest is looking for hardworking people for summer seasonal jobs. The jobs are in the fire, recreational, archaeology, forestry, range and wildlife programs.

If you have ever wanted to work on a team comprised of dedicated individuals who pull together, meet commitments and make a difference while working in the great outdoors, the Forest Service says it might have a job for you. Many of the jobs available are for firefighting.

To apply, one must be a U.S. citizen, 18 years or older and may have a physical fitness test and qualify for the GS grade level. For more information regarding seasonal employment and how to apply for a position, visit http://www.fs.fed.us/fsjobs/openings.shtml
