Willard man killed in ATV rollover

69-year old Steven E. Toone of Willard died Wednesday after his ATV rolled over near Lava Hot Springs. Idaho police Corporal Brady Barnes says Toone was northbound on his four-wheeler on snow-covered Smith Canyon Road about 10:45 p.m. Wednesday when he lost control and the vehicle rolled over.
