A 39-year-old Logan man has been charged with sexual abuse of a child.Joshua Ringueberg is facing accusations of preying on a young girl under the age of 13 for the past several years, Logan Police Lt. Rod Peterson said Thursday. Ringueberg also faces charges of dealing harmful materials to a minor.According to police reports, the alleged victim went to an adult with information of the inappropriate activity, and it was brought to the attention of police. Peterson said there most likely have been multiple instances of the alleged abuse, but since it occurred over several years, it was hard to pinpoint exact offense dates and times. But, he said, the case has “rock solid evidence” on the charges that have been filed.Ringueberg was arrested Wednesday.
