The transition for Logan city officials from their old offices at 255 N. Main to the new city hall is almost complete.By next Monday, the Logan Library is expected to take over the whole building it has been sharing with City Hall. All Logan offices, including the mayor’s office, city recorder, legal, finance, community development, public works, utility billing, economic development, GIS, information technology and business licensing will be moved to the old Logan Justice Building at 290 N. 100 West.Utility billing will move in on Monday and that’s the day the court will move to its new location on 100 West where the Department of Workforce Services previously was housed.Logan City Recorder Teresa Harris said everyone in the city is loving their new offices and called the new digs more professional and more accessible, especially for those with a disability.
