USU Extension employees thinning out

LOGAN, Utah (AP) – Officials say about 20 Utah State UniversityExtension employees have taken early retirement, leaving some Utahcounties with only one agent. USU Associate Vice President forUniversity Extension Charles Gay says the school is committed tomaintaining offices in all 29 counties. He says some agents areworking with colleagues in neighboring counties to meet demand.
