A 46-year-old Logan woman was arrested Thursday on 12 first-degree felony counts involving sexual abuse of a child.Carol Ricker was booked into the Cache County Jail on four counts each of rape of a child, sodomy on a child and sexual abuse of a child. She will face the charges in 1st District Court, although no court date for an initial appearance had been set as of Friday afternoon due to the holiday weekend.
