The Utah Festival Opera Company opens its 2009 season on Wednesday with “Carmen,” a production UFOC Founder and Director Michael Ballam calls, “the most beloved opera of all time.” Ballam says to show appreciation to Cache Valley voters and citizens for the additional support it recently received from the RAPZ tax, the UFOC will give a 50 percent discount to Cache Valley residents during opening week. Starting Wednesday, July 9th, just provide proof of residencey and you get 50 percent off tickets to any opening night show of your choice.There is a limit of two tickets person and they cannot be combined with any other offer.
