Landslide press conference called for noon today

Rescue officials handling the search for three people believed buried underneath tons of mud and debris at the site of Saturday’s landslide in Logan’s Island neighborhood will hold a press conference at noon today.It’s not known whether any new information will be released at the conference, but it will come just two hours after rescue officials will lead members of the media on a tour of the 915 E. Canyon Road scene where 43-year-old Jacquline Leavey and her two children, 13-year-old Victor Alanis and 12-year-old Abbey Alanis are believed to be buried.The noon press conference will be broadcast live on 610 KVNU and will also be posted on later today for listening. We will also have video and information from the media tour of the collapsed home.
