Tomorrow is the deadline for those wanting to run for mayor or to become a member of the Logan Municipal Council.There were three new filings for the Logan council on Monday, with interim councilmember Dean Quayle announcing he will seek a full term. Also, Brandon Brown and Tony Wegner announced their candidacy as well. The three join already-announced candidates Holly Daines, Steven G. Stokes and Robert Horning. The candidates will vie for two open council seats.There are still only three candidates for mayor. Incumbent Randy Watts is seeking re-election and will face challengers in Marc Haws and Mike Morrill.The deadline to file is 5 p.m. Wednesday at Logan City Hall.
