Thunderstorms over the past 24 hours have ignited several wild fires in Northern Utah. According to Box Elder County dispatchers three large fires are burning in the county.The fires are in the west desert near Promontory and Hansel Valley. Two of the fires started this morning and another started at approximately 2 p.m. Twenty units have responded to the largest fire as high winds have fanned the flames.There is no report on just how much area is affected by the fires or if any structures are threatened.
