Former Cache County Treasurer Lucille Lundstrom Ferguson died Friday at Logan Regional Hospital at the age of 83. She was appointed deputy county treasurer in 1967 and when Curtis Miner retired Ferguson became the first woman to serve as treasurer in the county.In 1984-85 she was elected Vice President of the Utah Association of Counties. She retired in 1992.
