Traffic was snarled for 45 minutes Wednesday morning after a Toyota Camry collided with a semi truck and ended up partially under the truck’s trailer. Logan Police Lieutenant Rod Peterson says the accident happened around 8:30 a.m. at 1250 North Main. He says the car was traveling eastbound through the intersection at 1250 North when it appears to have run a red light and collided with the semi. Peterson says at that time of morning the sun often causes problems with eastbound traffic, and it’s possible that was the case in this incident. He says the driver suffered injuries and was taken to Logan Regional Hospital.
