Monday is Labor Day and becasuse it is a national holiday all federal, state, and local offices will be closed along with banks. There will be no mail delivery and the Logan Landfill will be closed. There will be no residential garbage, recycling and greenwaste collection services and regular Monday collection routes will run on Tuesday, September 8th.
