Three weeks from tonight, on Thursday, October 22nd, Common Ground Outdoor Adventures will be hosting its annual “Reach for the Stars” fundraising event. New program director David Kriner says the fundraiser will be held at the new Riverwoods Convention Center and will feature dining, live music, silent and live auctions and a number of raffles. All of the proceeds from the event wll help Common Ground obtain adaptive equipment to help complete its mission of providing outdoor recreation for people with disabilities.
