In honor of National Arts & Humanities Month, we are featuring a Cache Valley arts organization a day. At the American West Heritage Center you can learn about and celebrate the past by experiencing it. This living history museum has four areas that represent Cache Valley history at different time periods: a Shoshone Encampment, a Mountain Main Camp, a Pioneer Family Settlement and a 1917 farm. The heritage center we enjoy today grew out of an annual Festival of the American West held on the USU campus. Now there are activities year round, from a Victorian Christmas Feast, to Baby Animal Days to the Corn Maze’s Haunted Hollow. More information at www.awhc.org. This arts organization profile was brought to you by the Cache Valley Arts Summit.
