Utah Governor Gary Herbert is coming to Logan Tuesday. The governor will be speaking at the Envision Cache Valley Summit starting at 7 p.m. at the Logan Tabernacle. Herbert will be talking about the results of the Envision Cache Valley study that has been going on for several months. Christie Oostema, Envision Utah Project Manager, says with Cache Valley’s population expected to triple in the next 30 years, it is time for residents to discuss how they want the area to develop.
