Everyone is invited to join Logan City officials, neighbors and trail users to celebrate the official grand opening of the new Boulevard Trail. The grand opening celebration will take place Wednesday, October 21.A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 12 noon at the intersection of 400 East and the Boulevard in Logan. Light refreshments will be served.
