The Museum of Anthropology at Utah State University is hosting noted Anthropologist Patricia Lambert on Saturday. Lambert is a professor of Anthropology at USU and an expert on the anthropology of warfare. Lambert will present her research that examines cultural and archaeological evidence of warfare and conflict in past and present cases. The lecture starts at 1 p.m. in the Museum of Anthropology, Old Main Room 252. The Saturday presentation is the museum’s Saturdays at the Museum activity. The public is invited along with students, faculty and staff. Lambert’s work covers the osteological side of anthropology, in this case the physical trauma found along with other indications of warfare found in North America, including the region’s Great Basin.
