Utah receives low score for innovation

A new report from the Center for American Progress gives Utah a “D” grade when it comes to innovation in education. The report not only looks at how well a state’s educational system is performing now but looks at whether they invest in new technology and their forward-looking questions. The report says Utah has “below-average academic standards” and “does a poor job of preparing students for college and career readiness.”
