Tuesday’s meeting of the Logan Municipal Council will be the last for the 2009 calendar year and also the last for Tami Pyfer as a member of the council.Both Pyfer and former councilmember Steve Thompson will be honored at an open house Tuesday from 4 to 5 p.m. at Logan City Hall. Thompson left the council before his term expired to take a part-time position with the city.At Tuesday’s meeting, Pyfer is scheduled to make a presetation concerning a citizen education program. She will further explain the proposed program Wednesday morning as a guest on KVNU’s Crosstalk show.
