Once again the Cache Valley community came through. Sub-for-Santa Director Connie Bodily was feeling desperate on Friday because sponsors for children were down and the number of applications was up.In fact, it looked like as many as 150 children would go without a gift from the Sub-for-Santa program. An appeal on 610 KVNU radio was made and Bodily says the public responded in a big way by sponsoring a child or making a financial donation. Bodily says all 1,541 children accepted for the program will be getting a present for Christmas. She says there is still a need for used bicycles in good condition. For more information call 752-6315.
