OGDEN, Utah (AP) – Weber County commissioners have voted to keep access to Wolf Canyon Trail open to the public year-round. Powder Mountain was asking the county to seasonally close the trail. The resort owns land on an easement leading from Powder Mountain Road to a 160-acre parcel of county-owned land higher on the mountain. Powder Mountain asked for the closure between Dec. 1 and April 15 because the resort is beginning ski tours that will use the trail. Commissioners voted this week to keep public access to the trail year round.
