Logan’s Bridgerland Literacy program has been granted accreditation by ProLiteracy Worldwide, an international orgtanization that advocates for literacy. The program , which helps adults improve their reading, writing, speaking, mathematics and technology skills, has operated for 22 years and is based at the Logan Library.It took 12 months for Literacy Director Danielle Bird to reach accreditation, according to Karl Shakespeare, spokesman for ProLiteracy.
