A man reportedly sustained injuries Thursday morning at a Providence grocery store when he was working at the store’s gas station facility and was hit by a truck. According to reports from the scene, the man was working at the Flying J gas station to the west of Macey’s at 931 S. Main in Providence. While the man was working, reportedly with a fuel tank, a truck came along and hit the man. The incident happened just after 11:30 a.m. The worker reportedly sustained injuries in the incident, but they were not reported as fatal.
