County Council agenda includes hearings on budget and adequate water systems

Adoption of a subdivision ordinance for unincorporated Cache County has been cited as a major goal for both new Cache County Council Chairman Gordon Zilles and outgoing chairman Craig Peterson.That could be brought up Tuesday at this year’s first meeting of the Cache County Council.The first meeting starts at 5 p.m. It will include a public hearing at 6 p.m. dealing with adequate water systems for proposed subdivisions in the unincorporated area. Among the other agenda items, a restaurant and RAPZ tax report will be given from Peterson, and a Utah State Sen. Lyle Hillyard will give a presentation on jail reimbursement funds from the state.At 5:45 p.m., the council will also have a public hearing on the 2010 budget.The full meeting agenda can be viewed by
