Dental records have helped identify the woman who burned to death in an apparent suicide on December 28th near Perry, Box Elder County. A fire was spotted just south of 1100 South and west of the railroad tracks. Upon investigation, a Utah Highway Patrol trooper discovered the body. The name of Debrah Boyd was found on some paperwork found near the body. There was also evidence of a fire accelerant being used and a cigarette lighter was fund at the site. According to the Box Elder News Journal, Boyd’s family was located and they sent Deborah’s records from a Utah dental office. Her family lives in California. Perry Police Chief Mike Jones says he is now waiting to find out who fingerprints found on the cigarette lighter and lighter fluid container found at the scene belong to.
