<strong>CURTIS BOBB-Austria-Klosterneub</strong>

Klosterneub starts round 1 of the 2nd stage with a loss, Feb. 21, 87-56 to Gmunden. Bobb had a team high 17 points. He played 36 minutes and was 3-4 from 2, 3-11 from 3, 2-2 FT, had 9 boards, 3 assists, and 1 steal.Round 2 for the Dukes was played on Feb. 27 and the Dukes drop 2nd game in a row losing to Arkadia 83-57. Bobb played 27 minutes and was 1-4 from 2, 0-6 from 3, 1-2 FT, had 1 board, 1 assist, and 1 steal. He finished with 3 points.Not sure how Second Stage works, but if they get to play in Round 3 it should be next week and i’m guessing that they may play vs. Desmond Penigars team.

<strong>DESMOND PENIGAR-Austria-Furstenfeld</strong>

The Panthers started round 1 of Second Stage with a victory over Arkadia, Feb. 22, last week 81-73. Penigar wasn’t listed in the box score and didn’t play in the game.Round 2 of the Second Stage took place on Feb.28. The Panthers win again 93-82 over Kapfenberg. Again Penigar didnt play. I’m sure his injury is still keeping him from playing. I’m assuming there next game will be sometime next week.

<strong>GARY WILKINSON &amp; SPENCER NELSON-Greece-Dash Peristeri</strong>

On February 17 Peristeri loses heartbreaker 68-66. On February 27 Peristeri bounces back with huge victory 90-69. GARY WILKINSON- Feb. 17 game Gary DNP – Coaches DecisionFeb. 27 game- Gary played 7 minutes. He was 1-1 from 2, 0-1 from 3, 1-2 FT. He finished with 3 points.SPENCER NELSON – Feb. 17 Spencer played 17 minutes and was 3-3 from 2, 2-2 from 3, added 3 boards, and 1 blocked shot. He finished with 12 points.Feb. 27 game- Spencer played only 10 minutes and was 0-1 from 2, 1-1 from 3, 2-2 FT, had 1 board, and 1 assist. Finished with 5 points. NEXT GAME for tied for #6 in league Peristeri (9-9) is March 6 vs. #4 in league Panellinios (12-6).

<strong>JAYCEE CARROLL-Spain-Gran Canaria</strong>

Gran Canaria beats Caja Laboral, who has 2nd best record in league, 86-85.Carroll had a game high 28 points. Carroll played 35 minutes.Jaycee shot 12-20 from 2, 0-3 from 3, 4-5 FT, had 2 boards, 4 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot.NEXT GAME is March 7 for Gran Canaria (11-12). Gran Canaria is tied for 7 spot with 4 other teams. Need to finish in top 8 at the end of regular season to move on. They will be facing Fuenlabrada (9-14).

<strong>SHAWN DANIELS-Premier Basketball League-Oklahoma</strong>

The Calvary continued winning as they improved to 10-2 on the season with 3 more victories since the last update. Their first victory came at home on Feb.21. The Calvary beat Buffalo Stampede 139-80. Shawn Daniels had 10 points on 5-8 shooting from 2, he added 5 boards, 5 assists, and 5 steals. The next victory took place on Feb. 27. The Calvary eclipsed 100 points for the 8th time this season with 105-99 victory over the Maryland Greenhawks. Shawn Daniels explodes with a game high 37 points. He was 15-23 from 2, 1-1 from 3, 4-9 FT, had 10 boards, 6 assists, and 3 steals. The 3rd victory was on Feb.28 as they avenged an earlier loss to the Puerto Rico Capitanes 105-97. The Calvary logged their 9th game scoring over 100 points. Daniels had 10 points on 3-10 from 2, 4-6 FT, had 5 boards, 7 assists, and 3 steals. The Calvary are the highest scoring team in league averaging 117.2 points per game. The Calvary are 10-2 on season and 2nd place behind Puerto Rico who is 12-2 on season.NEXT GAME is on road March 5 vs. Vermont Frost Heaves (4-6). After that they return back home on March 7 to host the Manchester Millrats (4-10).

<strong>DANYELLE SNELGRO-Finland-Honsu</strong>

Honsu played on Feb. 21 and lost 82-45. Snelgro had 13 points in 30 minutes of play. She was 2-8 from 2, 1-3 from 3, 6-11 FT, added 10 rebounds, 1 assist and 4 steals.On Feb. 27 they lost again 90-72. Snelgro had 12 points in 32 minutes. She was 2-11 from 2, 2-6 from 3, 2-2 FT, had 11 boards, 6 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot. On the bright side Snelgro had her 2nd straight double-double.NEXT GAME for Honsu (6-18) March 6 vs. S-Hameenmaa (6-18).
