Nominations sought for home renovation project

The “Meet the CHAlleNGE Home Renovation Project” is described as a chance for Utah State University students and student athletes to give back to the community and make a positive change in someone’s life. They plan to do this by taking over a house for one day, April 10th, and doing a home renovation for someone who badly needs it. Members of The HURD, a large group of USU students who support student athletes and club sports, is working with student athletes to make the project successful. Nominations for the project are being sought for. This can include anyone who feels their home or the home of their family, friends or neighbors is in a shambles. More information is available by calling Jeremy Winn, ASUSU Athletics and Campus Recreation Vice President, at (801) 386-6476. Tiffany Evans, Director of Student Involvement and Leadership, can also be contacted at 797-2911. Nominations can also be made on the website
