Snyder: Caucus meetings are opportunities to learn about the party

An important date is coming up on Tuesday, March 23 when caucus meetings for both the Republican and Democratic parties will be held.Cache Democratic Party Vice Chair Kathy Snyder says caucus meetings are extremely important because they represent the grass roots where politics actually begin.”You can meet fellow Democrats,” Snyder explains. “You can learn about what the party has planned, different activities we have going on. You can become involved in supporting candidates and precinct organization. “You can also become a delegate to our county convention and from there you can move on to be a delegate to the state convention.”Snyder says the caucus meetings start at 7 p.m. and the locations are listed on the Democratic Party’s website which is
