It’s one of Northern Utah’s most popular events and Baby Animal Days is coming up April 8 through April 10 at the American West Heritage Center.Program Director David Sidwell says visitors have a chance to interact with animals of all kinds. He says the headliner this year will be some little black bears from Bear World near Rexbrug, Idaho.”Of course new this year is our new train that is going to be running,” Sidwell says. “And of course we’ll always have pony rides, lots of farm animals, chicks and bunnies. We’ll have dogsled rides in the afternoon.”Sidwell says Baby Animal Days celebrates the opening of Spring and typically about 20,000 people attend the event each year. He says spaces are limited but breeders of dogs, camels, snakes, birds or just about any other kind of animal have a chance this year to showcase and sell their animals at the event. He suggests getting tickets early and they are available at the Welcome Center and also at Macey’s in Providence.
