Logan may adjust power rates

Logan City is considering a resolution that woud adjust power rates to provide for renewable energy projects and conservation projects. The proposed resolution has been added to the agenda for the municipal council’s meeting on Tuesday. The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. and the resolution will be presented by Finance Director Richard Anderson as a workshop item. Meanwhile, the city’s Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Advisory Board is holding a special meeting Monday at 7:30 a.m. to discuss funding issues. The meeting will be held in the Environmental Department Classroom.
