Bradley: Federal government needs to go about immigration right

A lot of people are criticizing Arizona’s harsh new immigration bill calling it unconstitutional. Scott Bradley, who is considered an expert on the Constitution and is a candidate for U.S. Senate on the Constitution Party ticket. Asked if he thinks the Arizona bill is unconstitutional, Bradley says there are some problems with the legislation. But he says the people of Arizona and many other American people are frustrated.”This is the first brush by the Arizona people, it would seem, to try and address it,” Bradley says. “I think it probably needs to be tweaked. “But I think the national government had better step up to it and do it right, not with the amnesty-based things that both the Republicans and Democrats have been promoting for the last several years and have been slammed down by the people.”Bradley says the national government needs to fulfill its responsibility to protect the country from invasion because the people of Arizona are actually being invaded by illegal immigrants.
