A Logan man accused of shooting a dog several times with an Airsoft gun on Christmas Eve will remain behind bars for another three months. Emilio Deshun Hoy was sentenced Tuesday in 1st District Court to six months in jail, but given credit for time served, meaning he will remain in court for another three months, according to court documents. Hoy, 22, pleaded guilty in April to animal cruelty. The victim dog in the case was adopted by a family earlier this year.
