You have a chance to meet and greet local veterans Saturday. There will be a ceremony at the Rotary Pavilion at Willow Park starting at 5 p.m. At 6 p.m. there is a recognition of World War II Pacific Theater. Refreshments will be provided and those attending can bring their old and weathered flags to be retired. The event is sponsored by the Cache Valley Veterans of Foreign Wars, Marine Corps League, American Legion, Military Order of the Purple Heart and the Utah Department of Veteran Affairs.
