Election Results: Incumbents thrive in Cache County

It was a good night for incumbents in Cache County Tuesday night.Incumbent House District 5 Rep. Curt Webb will retain his nomination after he defeated his primary opponent, Chuck Bateman, 2,252-1,042 in Tuesday’s Republican Primary Election.Chuck Bateman told KVNU Tuesday night that he would happily get behind Webb and offer his support to the incumbent.Also in Cache County, incumbent County Recorder Michael Gleed will serve another term after defeating Stanley R. Palmer 4,296-3,353. In the Cache County School Board Seat 4 race, incumbent Jon Jenkins will face off against Troy Christensen in the General Election, as they tallied 423 and 299 votes respectively. Lynn N. Green had 182 votes and Daniel J. Brownell had 52 votes in that race.Results compiled by ConnorBoyack.com
