SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — The Utah Jazz are about to cash in on a trade they made six years ago.Barring a last-minute deal with another team, Utah will pick ninth in the NBA draft on Thursday night. It’s the Jazz’s highest pick since they took point guard Deron Williams third overall in 2005.The Jazz hold the New York Knicks’ first-round pick because of a trade Utah made with Phoenix in 2004. The Jazz gave Phoenix two injured players and the Suns sent Tom Gugliotta, two future first-round picks and cash to Utah in a move to cut salary at the trade deadline.The Jazz also hold the 55th overall pick in the draft.
