Wellsville planning commission postpones Reynolds subdivision vote to Sept. 22

WELLSVILLE– The Planning Commission voted unanimously Tuesday to postpone the final decision for the Reynolds subdivision. The Reynolds subdivision project consists of three building lots at 39 E. 300 South St. The owner of the property is constrained from starting the construction process as a few feet of the designated construction area are out of his ownership.”The commission will return to the discussion of the matter after four circumstances are met,” commission chairman Loyal Green said. “We would also like to have commissioner Russell Glenn here who had to miss today’s meeting.”In order to re-discuss the project, the sewer system issue needs to be clarified, and the total area of property should be 12,000 square feet, Green said. The council also required a Board of Adjustment approval and the city engineer’s signature before they can proceed, Green said.
