There may soon be an ordinance in Franklin County banning the use and sale of the synthetic substance commonly referred to as Spice. Last week a group told the county commissioners they are concerned about the use of Spice and they would like the council to consider passing an ordinance similar to those approved in Ogden, Logan, Cache County and Power County, Idaho.The commissioners decided to turn the issue over to county prosecutor Todd Garbett for research and the possibility of drafting an ordinance.
