Ordinance allows booting companies to raise fee to $75

LOGAN – City council members unanimously approved an ordinance Tuesday setting the maximum fee booting companies can charge to the state’s current maximum. Logan City Attorney Kymber Housley said the ordinance would allow private booting companies to raise their charge to the $75 state fee, but that companies are not required to raise their prices from the current $70.
