“Apron Strings: The Ties that Bind.” That’s the theme of the American Mothers, Inc. of Cache Valley’s 21st annual Mothers mini conference scheduled for Saturday, November 6. The popular annual event, previously held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Providence Stake Center, will be held at a new location, the LDS meetinghouse on 10th East between River Heights and Providence at about 800 South. The conference opens at 8:45 a.m. and the keynote speaker will be Cheryl C. Lant who served as LDS General Primary President until last April. Women can choose between several workshops focusing on the family from 10:30 until 12 noon. Everyone is invited to attend and you do not need to be a member of American Mothers.
