MILLVILLE–Progress in a study being conducted in order to know how to revise the law governing how many water shares Millville residents have to give up when building new property was the main topic of discussion at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. “We’re trying to make this fair and legal,” Jim Hart said. The study is being conducted by JUB Engineers Inc. to determine the city’s need for water and find out how many buildable lots are available. “As soon as we get that number, we can finish this up and make our recommendations to the City Council about the ordinance,” Hart said.
