Just because you don’t have money doesn’t mean you don’t have legal rights. The Cache County Bar Association reminds the public of Thursday Night at the Bar, a night set aside each month for volunteer attorneys to assist with the public in determining their legal rights. Attorney Rand Henderson, who was Bar Association President when Thursday Night at the Bar began almost 10 years ago, says those attending the clinic have had free help with such issues as estate planning, employment law, landlord-tenant issues, bankruptcy and domestic problems. The clinic is held on the second Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the county council chambers of the Historic Cache County Court House. Services are provided on a first-come first-serve basis. Their next meeting will be January 13, 2011.
