The Utah State University Extension Office in Cache County is presenting an Emergency Preparedness class on Wednesday, Jan. 5 which is about creating a family emergency plan in case of a natural or man-made disaster.There will also be a discussion on how to use your food storage in your daily diet. The class is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Cache County Administration Building Multiple Purpose Room, at 179 North Main. The cost is $3 per person or $5 per couple and that covers handouts, binder and food storage recipes. For reservations and information, phone 752-6263.
