Brigham City Police looking for armed robbery suspect

The USU Charter Credit Union in Brigham City was robbed at gun point around 4 p.m. Thursday, and police are still looking for a suspect. A man entered the branch at 1120 South Main Street, pointed a small handgun at the teller and demanded all of the cash from the teller’s drawer, according to a Brigham City Police press release. The teller complied with his demands. The suspect attempted to gain entry to the back side of the teller area, but an employee blocked the door shut. The suspect then left with the cash and went through the back parking lot on foot. Brigham City Police and the FBI are still investigating and are asking the public for any information they might have on the suspect. The suspect is describe as about 5’10” in height and 245 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a blue beanie, tan or gray sweatpants, black glasses without lenses and a rubber nose. – rachel@cvdaily.com
