Record warm temperatures will subside to more winter-like weather

Spring-like temperatures will subside to more winter-like weather Wednesday evening as the National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory ahead of a winter storm for Cache Valley.The wind advisory is in effect from Noon until 8pm. With sustained winds expected from the South of 20 to 30 MPH and wind gusts exceeding 45 MPH. Winds will increase Wednesday morning, then become quite gusty Wednesday afternoon and evening as the storm brings in rain, turning to snow overnight. 1 – 3 inches of snow is expected by Thursday morning, with much higher amounts in the mountains.Unsettled weather is expected over the next seven days with highs in the mid to upper 30s.Tuesday’s high temperature of 58 set a new record for February 15.
